Signal 20 was formed in early 2023 with a vision from Richie Parker to create an energetic, event-oriented band that delivers an unforgettable experience for audiences. He brought together talented musicians who are longtime friends and whom he has always admired.

As of 2026, Signal has been entertaining crowds across Central Florida and has successfully expanded to the East Coast with performances scheduled this year in North Carolina.
